Terms of Use

Last updated: November 6, 2026

In plain terms. This page is information, not a binding offer. If you hire us, the scope and price we agree in writing is the deal. We do not promise replies, meetings or new clients, because no one honestly can. Our liability is capped at what you paid us. Wyoming law applies.

1. Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by LevinoxAI LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its address at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("LevinoxAI", "we", "us"). "You" means the person or business using this site or engaging our services.

By using this website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this website is

The pages here describe our services and prices for information only. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a quote you can hold us to indefinitely, or professional advice of any kind. Prices, scope and availability can change, and a named price such as a founding-pilot rate may be limited to a stated number of customers and withdrawn once they are taken.

3. How an engagement actually starts

We are engaged only when we have agreed the scope in writing — an email, proposal or order confirmation setting out the niche, the volume, the price and the timings — and you have paid or been invoiced in accordance with it. Where that written scope and these Terms disagree, the written scope wins for that engagement.

Our current pilot is described on the home page. The figures there (for example 100 owners, four emails per owner, a 14-day send window and roughly four weeks start to finish) are the normal shape of the work. Real timings depend on when you give us access and on things outside our control, such as how quickly a mailbox can safely be warmed up.

4. No guarantee of results

We sell research, copy and sending — which we control — not outcomes, which we do not. We do not guarantee any number of replies, booked calls, qualified leads, proposals, signed clients or revenue, and nothing on this site or in our emails should be read as such a guarantee. Results depend on your niche, your offer, your pricing, your market and how you handle the conversations we start. If you need a results guarantee, we are not the right supplier.

Email deliverability likewise depends on mailbox providers whose decisions we do not control. We follow sending practice designed to protect your domain, but we cannot promise that every email reaches an inbox rather than a spam folder.

5. Free samples

We sometimes provide a free sample of researched businesses before you buy. A sample is provided as-is for you to evaluate our work, carries no warranty as to accuracy or completeness, and does not create an engagement or any obligation on either side.

6. If you engage us: your side of it

Because we send email from your mailbox and in your name, some things have to be true. You confirm that:

We may decline or stop work, without refund for work already delivered, if an instruction would put us or your domain in breach of those rules.

7. Data protection

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. When we send from your mailbox and work on prospect data for you, you are the controller of that data and we act as your processor on your instructions. If you are in the UK or the EU and need a written data processing agreement, ask us and we will sign one before the work starts.

8. Payment

Fees are in US dollars and are due as stated on the invoice, normally before work begins. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or bank and currency conversion charges your side. Where a fee is reduced in exchange for something, for example a founding price given in return for a case study, that exchange is part of the agreed scope. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. What belongs to whom

The name LevinoxAI, our logo, the text, layout and design of this website, and the methods, templates, workflows and software we use to do the work remain ours. Nothing in an engagement transfers them to you.

The deliverables we prepare specifically for you — your researched prospect list and the email copy written for your campaign — are yours to use in your business once paid for. Our underlying tooling and know-how stay ours.

You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own evaluation. You may not copy its text or design for a competing offer, scrape it at scale, or use it to train a model, without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use of this site

Do not attempt to break into, overload, disrupt or probe this site or the systems behind it, and do not use it to send anything unlawful. We may block access if you do.

11. Links to other sites

We link to third-party services such as Calendly and Google. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

12. Disclaimer

This website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Information on the site may become out of date.

Nothing here excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you deal with us as a consumer rather than a business, your statutory rights are unaffected.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost goodwill, lost or corrupted data, or damage to a domain or sending reputation, even if we were told such loss was possible.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to this website or any engagement, on any basis, will not exceed the greater of the fees you actually paid us in the three months before the claim arose, or US $750.

14. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of section 6, from content or claims about your business that you asked us to send, or from your own use of deliverables after they are delivered to you.

15. Ending it

You may stop using this site at any time. Either of us may end an engagement by written notice; what happens to fees already paid is governed by the Refund Policy. Sections 4, 9, 12, 13, 14 and 16 survive the end of an engagement.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, and both of us submit to them, except that either of us may seek urgent injunctive relief elsewhere to protect intellectual property or confidential information. Before starting a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it directly.

17. The rest

If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under an engagement without our consent; we may assign ours to a successor to our business. Together with any written scope and the policies linked from this page, these Terms are the whole agreement between us on their subject matter. We may update these Terms, and the version in force is the one published here on the date you use the site or we agree an engagement.
