Refund Policy

What this covers

This policy applies to the LevinoxAI 14-day outreach pilot and to any similar one-off engagement you buy from us. We sell services, not goods, so there is nothing to return — "refund" here means money back, in whole or in part.

Refunds by stage

What you get back depends on how far the work has gone when you ask, not on the calendar.

The reason for the middle row is that most of the cost sits in the research: by that point the owners have been found, their emails verified through paid services, and a specific reason written for each. The reason for the last row is that once emails are landing in your market, the work has been performed and cannot be taken back.

When you get 100% back regardless

• We fail to begin setup within 10 business days of receiving everything we need from you, and the delay is our fault.
• We cancel the engagement ourselves for any reason other than your breach of our Terms of Use.
• We find during setup that we cannot sensibly deliver in your niche or market — for example there are not enough reachable owners to make the pilot worthwhile. We would rather return the money than run a pilot we expect to disappoint.
• You were charged in error, or charged twice.

What is not refundable

• Results. We do not guarantee replies, booked calls, qualified leads or signed clients, and a low number of them is not grounds for a refund. This is stated on our home page and in section 4 of our Terms of Use before you buy.
• Deliverability outcomes. Mailbox providers decide what reaches an inbox. We follow practice designed to protect your domain, but spam placement is not a refundable failure.
• Delays caused by waiting on you. The clock starts when access arrives; time lost waiting for inbox access, your client exclusion list or your approval of the copy does not create a refund right.
• Work already delivered when an engagement ends because of a breach of our Terms of Use — for example asking us to send something misleading or unlawful.
• Third-party costs we have already paid on your behalf and cannot recover, such as email verification credits. If this applies we will show you the amount and deduct only what was actually spent.

If you continue monthly

After the pilot review you decide whether to keep it running. Monthly work is paid in advance and you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the month you have paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee and we do not pro-rate part-months, because the research for that month is built up front. Cancel by emailing us before the next invoice date.

How to ask

Email adam@levinoxai.com with your business name and one line about why. You do not need to justify a request that falls inside the table above — we will check which stage the work had reached and reply within 3 business days.

Approved refunds go back by the same route you paid, normally within 10 business days of approval. Any bank, card or currency conversion fee charged by your own provider is outside our control.

Disputes

If you disagree with how we have applied this policy, email us first and we will look at it again — it is faster for both of us than a chargeback, and we would rather sort it out directly. If we still cannot agree, our Terms of Use set out the governing law and courts.

Changes

We may update this policy, but the version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you paid. We will send you a copy on request.
